Within a matter of seconds of googling “how to lose weight/gain muscle” you’ll be bombarded with advertisements for fad diets, magic potions and pills, the must have supplements and more.

Here’s the worst part. They all have raving testimonials. You’ll see pictures and quotes from people who got “life changing” results with little to no effort.
… And you’re going to start wondering if it really IS possible to lead a healthy life and have the body you want while still enjoying your favorite food and drink on special occasions.
How are you supposed to choose the *RIGHT* product for your body and your goals with all of the options on the market?
What often happens is you can’t decide which is best… So you don’t commit to ANYTHING and you end up staying stuck exactly where you’re at today.
I have been exactly where you are now! I have tried and tested countless diets and routines, and here is what I have learned.
No matter what, your body needs to burn more calories than you consume to lose weight. This does NOT mean you need to count calories, but it DOES mean that you need to eat nutritious, real foods (such as lean protein, vegetables, fruits, and complex carbohydrates) MOST OF THE TIME. You’ll want to include strength training into your exercise routine so that you can build muscle and rev your metabolism.
There is no fast and easy way…..right?
The problem with that question is that every single one of us have our own version of what is *FAST* and *EASY*. We are constantly being told that you SHOULDN’T look for the quick fix and that you have to change what you do and what you eat over time. Now im not saying that this is wrong or that it doesn’t work, but over the last 15 years of trying many different methods, that the KEY to success isn’t about how long it takes to get to your goal, but rather the journey you take to get there and then more importantly what you do once you reach it. YES you can slowly change your diet and change your lifestyle over time, and if you stick to this then you will reach that goal EVENTUALLY, but you can also make a more drastic change to your lifestyle which make you reach that goal MUCH MUCH sooner. All you have to decide is which method seems right for YOU.
Personally I prefer the more drastic approach which normally entails a complete rework of my diet and managing to fit in some sort of exercise routine 5-6 times a week over the space of 6-8 weeks. This has always worked best for me, but the key to success using this method doesn’t rely on just the diet and exercise within them 6-8 weeks. The hardest part I found was what happens after you have reached the end of you plan. This is where you have to make that extra change that most don’t tell you about. You have to find that balance somewhere in the middle that allows you to maintain what you have worked so hard for!
Some products that can help you on your own journey
You cant get away from the fact that being fit and healthy comes at some sort of cost whether its the cost of your gym membership, the groceries you buy over processed food or the supplements you decide to take. The trick is to find which things give you more for your money.
Here are three products that I found were very useful to me throughout my many journeys in trying to reach my own personal goals and also which made it easier to maintain the lifestyle once I had reached them.
1. The 2 Week Diet

The Two Week Diet is packet full of information that anyone can use to change the way they eat and to advise them on what exercises work best. The market has a few others collections similar to this (the body coach for one!) but in my opinion this is packed with even more information. For less than one months gym membership you can get all of these books plus many more extras. Definitely my number one recommendation.
Click HERE to order your copy and use NEWME20 at the checkout to receive a further 20% off the price (which is normally $37).
2. The Red Tea Detox
Similar to the 2 Week Diet, I thought that the Red Tea Detox deserved a place in my top three recommendations. For anyone that has tried drinking Green Tea, I can only urge you to give this a go. These books give you the recipe to make this tea yourself using just a few easy to buy ingredients, and the effects it has on the body is unmatched (it also tastes way nicer than green tea).
Unfortunately I don’t have any discount codes for the Red Tea Detox (sorry guys I did look), but if you feel like trying it then you can click HERE to be taken to the product page.
3. Unlock Your Hip Flexors

This product takes the final spot in my top three recommendations because it brings to light exercises that most of us (me included at one time) don’t ever think of doing. The hip flexor is one of those things that some people have heard of but not many know what it actually is, or more importantly what it does for you. The largest area of the body that people want to change is ALWAYS round the stomach. These exercises provide great ways to make these changes which are easy for anyone to do.

So there you have it
Three products which i think are worth while buying if you want to make a change to your health and fitness without breaking the bank.
